Tabit aims to take advantage of attractive rate levels and a need for more capacity in the casualty and specialty reinsurance markets and retro markets. The intent is to deploy its proprietary capacity in the reinsurance and retro marketplace via a comprehensive and specialized approach to underwriting, tailored to different lines of business and risk types.

  • Broad specialty appetite of a diversified subset of industries and lines of business including but not limited to: Marine, Energy (traditional and renewable), Space, Political risks, Transactional Risks and others

  • Appetite for Proportional and Non-Proportional reinsurance

  • Broad specialty appetite of a diversified subset of industries and lines of business including but not limited to: Marine, Energy (traditional and renewable), Space, Political risks, Transactional Risks and others

  • Appetite for Proportional and Non-Proportional reinsurance

Property and Casualty

  • Casualty classes to include General and Excess Liability, including Auto, E&O, D&O, Cyber and others

  • Property appetite for high excess mixed exposure CAT and innovative Parametrics

  • Facultative and Treaty business
